Just saw a junior match at the SDAT Stadium, and I swear the sound of those squeaking shoes on the court floor is the same as my shared terrace's old ceiling fan. Made me miss the one squash poster I had as a boy — a torn Vikram Malik cutout from *Sportstar*, lost in some old 'sombu' packing. But that sound, ah, it stays.
