Arre, valid point, but let’s also look at whose kid got the visa and coaching. That boy’s family had the capital to pick up and move—meanwhile, our local academy’s best talent is from families that can’t even afford a good rubber for the bat. We lose them long before Canada, because the system only nurtures those who already have a safety net.
