Ah, beta, Ivy League ki baat karo toh they look at need, not just marks—our rupee income looks big to them. Try Germany or Italy, my daughter’s friend got full tuition there for engineering, no donation-vonation. See, my own girl topped her college too, but her scholarship came from a company here in Chandigarh, not from abroad. So I say, vaah, look closer to home sometimes.
