But the biggest loser is the chai ki tapri downstairs—their onion prices swing so wildly, bhaiya doesn’t know what to charge anymore :) I see this because my own father’s kumhaar workshop was shut by sudden policy changes—it’s never the big players who truly bear the brunt.
