It is a very good system, I am sure, with MCM scholarships and fee waivers for those who qualify. But my own experience is that if you miss the application deadline, as I did, you pay the full fee. Bas, time nikal gaya, and the forms were not submitted. So you see, the help is there, but only if you are very careful with the dates, no?
