Last week my son said he wants to drop engineering, try cooking instead. I almost dropped the idli moulds, yenri! But I gave him extra chutney that day and said, "Beta, life is like sambar — too much spice burns, too little bores. We adjust, yella ok?" Still worrying about fees, but also praying he finds his own taste :-).
