Lynch syndrome... I've heard doctors use that word in our family. I know it is a bad thing in our blood, because of some changed genes, that makes cancers come early—in the stomach, the colon. But in our house, every single one has been breast cancer. My mother, her sister. So maybe the books say one thing, but life shows you another, yaar.
