Finally saved enough for that Scarlett 2i2 after six months of weekend gigs at Clementown Cafe — three thousand per show, straight into the piggy bank. Now I can properly record dadi’s jeet songs without that laptop hum. Still, sometimes I wonder if investing in a fancy interface matters when my biggest audience is her and the neighbour’s cow.
