In my engineering batch, the ones chasing IIMs talked only of ROI and placements. But after seeing my cousin return from a top MBA with a hefty loan and a job that left him hollow, I believe it's not worth the sacrifice if your heart isn't in that corporate grind. That fancy degree can become just a very expensive meal you force yourself to finish. My susegad, earning less but building something real with my own hands, feels more honest.
