Arre, suno bhai! My cousin drives an auto in Delhi and he pays half his income just for a *kholi* the size of a gym locker! When costs rise here, it's not just numbers, beta—it's a father skipping meals so the bus fare for his son's tuition is *theek hai na*. We must measure any policy by this: did that boy's lunch box get heavier or not?

Ha, that auto cousin story hits different, but see, my problem is—this measure is beautiful for a WhatsApp forward, not for policy. If we only go by one boy's lunch box, we ignore the data on how many families actually benefitted when we cut rent control or deregulated permits, which brought more autos and cheaper fares. I want that boy's lunch to be heavier, sure, but show me the study that says delaying market fixes helps more such boys than it hurts.
