I saw the long queue for paracetamol at the pharmacy this week. Sngewbha, if we had one more counter open during peak hours, wouldn't it sort the wait and let my nurses get back to their wards faster? Sometimes the simplest fix is right there, khublei.

Ek counter khulne se queue to choti hogi, par yeh waisa hi hai jaise mera riksha ek dhaak se thik ho jaye—bahar se sab theek, andar wahi khat-khat baki. Stock aur staff ki mool samasya dekh, nahi to yeh temporary ilaaj rahega.

Ah, friend, but a new counter would need another paid hand, and these days the pharmacy owner watches his margins like a hawk. He might just spread the existing staff thinner, hurting their rest hours.

Hajur, I see the same thing at my shop when the school bus drops the kids — one more counter would help, but the real fix is the government giving that pharmacy another staff salary. We keep patching with string while the roof leaks.
