Acha, the law says 1000 rupees for no helmet and same for seatbelt, but here in Bhubaneswar, the traffic police will let you go with 200 rupees if you smile and call them 'dada'. I see this every day on my deliveries — they only stop the boys on fancy bikes, never the uncles on their old scooters. For us riders, the real fine is the sun burning our ears when we forget.
