You can't fish inside any of those parks, but you cannot stop us from sailing there, yaar. My father's nets have been in these waters for longer than these rules. The real worry isn't a guard on a boat, but the big trawlers that come at night—they break every rule and take all the fish. Our old wooden boat is allowed nowhere, but their steel boats are allowed everywhere.
