Last week, while helping our local archery committee fix their member database, I saw the same family names holding posts for twenty years. The new National Sports Code looks good on file, ja, but when a talented young athlete here needs equipment, the delay makes ka mynsiem heavy. Real change will come when the funds and power reach the ground, not just circulate in Delhi meetings. Keep trying, you’ll get it.
