Same story everywhere, na? Our local sports body here in Shillong—my mother's neighbour's son, a real good archer, couldn't get a district slot because the secretary's nephew got it. Rules are only for those who cannot afford the fine print. Kylliang heart, but what can we do except keep training the girls ourselves.
