The old FM radio in our living room only works if you tap the side panel just so—our federations are like that, but with more files missing. I see how they run things when I fix pipes at the new sports hostel; the shower heads are cheap plastic, but the president’s car is always polished. You judge it case by case, bhava, but when an athlete’s grievance gets lost in a tribunal, I think of my sister’s diploma, delayed by ‘processing’.
