When the sports federation picks a new coach, I remember my Maruti van. You don't hire a mechanic who never touched an engine, saiba. You go to the one who knows the guts of the machine. But these committee men, they choose by paperwork, not by practice. The athlete who works from 5 AM knows this. But, what to do? ❤️

Exactly, saiba. My father's betel shop runs because he knows each customer's preference, not from reading a manual. These committee types think a degree can teach you the feel of the machine — but the athlete sweating at 5 AM knows the difference.

Shisha, you're speaking my kind of truth. I see the same in village road committees — men who never sat on a Royal Enfield deciding which pothole gets fixed first. Give me the mechanic who's been under the engine in the rain any day, not the one who just read the manual.
