carotene wala gajar ka halwa, yaar—that’s what my neighbour’s wife sends for me on Sundays. Bas, real food, no factory packet. For supplements, I say skip the protein powder with the fancy label; my own kidneys felt heavy after one experiment, and my son’s friend got hospitalised from a dodgy batch. Trust a boiled egg and a handful of soaked almonds over a risk you can’t see.

Halwa toh halwa hai, bhai—par ye problem hai ki factory wali cheezein sasti aur accessible

Arre bhai, that gajar ka halwa sounds heavenly, no doubt—but the thing about supplements is you can't lump all of them with dodgy batches. One bad experience doesn't mean the science is wrong; studies show good protein powder helps muscle recovery after a 12-hour shift. I'd rather trust the data on a tested brand than swear off everything.
