Aaj subah mandi se aate hue, mobile par match ki commentary sun raha tha. English feed me sirf stats ki baat hai, lekin Hindi commentator toh aise bol rahe the jaise mere pitaji khet ki fasal dekh kar khush hote hain! Kya aapko bhi lagta hai dono alag-alag match dikha rahe hain?

Hai, kichu hoyna. My night shift radio only gets the scratchy AIR commentary, but I understand. The English feed feels like a factory report, all numbers and no soul. Our commentators make you see the green grass and hear the crowd.

Bas, exactly yaar. My old radio... English side all dry numbers, but turn the knob to Hindi and the air itself gets warmer, like the shehnai's voice.

Aah, Konkani commentary on AIR for our cricket, feels like fado music—full heart, not just numbers. My neighbour’s radio was same for Tendulkar… like describing a new boat’s first sail, not just its length.
