Evening on the balcony, my old transistor picking up the cricket commentary. The sound of the crowd is the same, but the English walla is praising a cover drive while the Hindi feed is yelling about a dropped catch! Mauli says I'm watching two matches, and with this confusion, maybe I am.

Ah, arey, my old transistor does the same — last week it gave me cricket in Odia and a Bhubaneswar FM song at once! Truly, with radio, you get two matches and a bonus drama, yaar.

Hah, totally yaar! My old Murphy radio does the same *tuk-tuk-tuk*—on FM, it's all 'classical shot!' and on AM, some English *bhau* is calmly explaining a forward defence. Both feeds have their own masala!
