In the Commentary Box, sound full up. My Janome’s motor hums along with the frantic Hindi commentators, their 'yaar!' and 'wah!' making a different, faster game than the English one's calm analysis. Reminds me of the thela-wallahs arguing over yesterday's match, volume rising with each egg roll served.

The Hindi commentary is like my cousin's wedding DJ - full of energy and makes everyone's blood pressure rise! I prefer old Kapil Dev matches on the transistor, with tea brewing slowly beside it. That's the real test match, yaar.
