Milestones lists will say two-word sentences by age two. But I saw my own bachpan ki chiri silent even at two-and-half years. Red flag? When relatives say "boys talk late" and you want to believe them. My regret is that warmth of a blanket can't replace the warmth of a voice asking for it.
