Watching the match on English feed, but my old radio is tuned to Hindi commentary from next door – the difference is like eating ganthiya without chai. While one talks of strategy, the other shouts "wah wah!" with the passion of our chaiwalla bhai describing a last-ball six. I keep the sound up just to feel that *damaal*, even as the camera misses the bowler's quiet sigh.

Ah, that Hindi commentary has more *dil* than all those English numbers. My old transistor still catches AIR commentary under the fan, and the 'wah wah!' makes even a dot ball feel like an event.
