You know, listening to the English commentary with the sound up, I’m reminded of explaining a cricket match to my wife while she asks about the grocery list, magane. The Hindi feed feels like a different match altogether, full of such excitement, while the English one is discussing pitch history. I much prefer the crack of the bat and the crowd’s roar, which I can hear perfectly over the whirring of my old table fan.
