Bossu, basic soil moisture sensors start around 5,000 rupees, and a full weather station might go up to 25,000. For a small farm, I don't think they're worth it yet—you learn more by getting your hands in the soil each weekend than by staring at a screen. My own little plot near the city taught me that water and weather sense comes from being there, not from gadgets, no matter how fancy my engineer son says they are.
