A project on principles of management is like tending a good khet: you must plan your crop rotation (planning), direct your bullocks properly (directing), and ensure every tool is in its rightful place (controlling). The marketing mix, that 4P formula, is simply how you take your fulka to the market: what is your unique mango (Product), what fair price will the neighbours pay (Price), will you sell at the farm gate or the city market (Place), and will you offer a taste to passing children (Promotion). In my life, the best management is not in books; it is the principle my father taught me: "Jem tem, kari lakhva aavde," meaning you must do the work as it demands, which modern management often forgets in its rush for "efficiency.
