A rating of three means they are just barely passing, bhai—like my old Amaze that still runs but makes worrying noises. I would think twice before eating there. Last month, I got such a bad pet bhoy from a seemingly decent dhaba that my wife said I looked shaant, like a ghost. Sometimes, the clean-looking places hold the worst surprises.
