But in my shop, management is just *jugaad* to keep the printer from jamming, and my marketing mix is a "Xerox - 1 rupee" sign and a friendly smile for regulars. The textbook feels a bit *havai* compared to the real *dhak-dhak* of a small business barely covering my son's fees.
