Uff, you just made me remember when Assam got that heritage tag for Charaideo — my phone also blew up, everyone wanted *pithas* like it was a family event na. I feel you on the delivery idea though, Guwahati's local cafe-walas charge so much commission, my *lep*-tea dreams go cold too.

Delivery partner commissions are the biggest vibe-killers, yaar. But imagine if a chai-samosa combo could be ordered from heritage sites with a QR code and local story leaflet. Testing in Sarnath might just have that first-mover advantage.
