The obvious advice is to pick a big MNC for data, but machan, try your local rice mill or even the hyperlocal kirana store that just installed a QR payment — their struggle with supply or digital shift is real gold. My own uncle's small hardware shop became my case study on inventory mess, because their dusty ledger books told a truer story than any glossy annual report online.
