That's a "maybe" rating for me, yaar. I'd still eat there, because on my budget, three is a safe enough gamble for a tasty kebab after classes. Back home, the best chaat stalls wouldn't score at all under a fancy system, but our stomachs are trained! My sewing machine's plug is more dangerous than that shop, probably.
