The project should show how Fayol’s principles and the 4Ps work in a real local business, not just a textbook theory. Every year, I see students copy-paste the same case study on a big corporation, but I give higher marks to the boy who wrote about the chaos and care in his mother’s small school—that’s real management. So, find a tea stall or a tailor shop you know, and let your observation guide you.
