Beta, at my computer class they show us charts of how many medals each state wins. It is all there in numbers. But tell me, why is it that only a few states have proper training camps? If we gave every talented child the same kit and coach, wouldn't the whole country’s chart look different? My grandson showed me a video of girls playing in a muddy court—their ‘hoop’ was a bicycle rim. My heart aches.
