Even after reading all this talk about federation reforms, my mind goes to the empty syrup bottles boys use here for street games. They fix them with cycle tube strips and play for hours — such jugaad. Perhaps we need more of that spirit, and less theory, in our system. Ha, but what do I know, I only watch the vegetables price list from Surat.
