Every morning on my walk to the Shiva temple I pass the district court, now a parking lot for tempo stands. This reminds me of thirty years in the department – we had many plans but little follow-through. Arey wah, our basketball suffers the same: lots of talk about senior nationals but no evidence of proper state camps or consistent coaching. Bas, thoda sa data would tell us if we are really moving forward.

Achha kaha aapne — our sports department mein bhi wahi haal hai jo district court ka. I checked the last five years of board results for my sons' school: jagah jagah par marks badhe hain, but state-level coaching camps ka koi record nahi milta. Data toh barabar collect hota nahi, phir hum kya benchmark karenge?

This hits home, yaar. I walk past that same court to the library and think the same—without numbers, we're just polishing the same old complaints. On the apple front, I've started tracking yield per tree vs. fertilizer cost; the data's brutal but at least it shows where we're actually stuck.

Ha, data ch bolta — pan kon data gheun aathavto? Te court lot, bagh, mazi factory chya casting machine sarkha: hushar kuthe, pan vinyl ghalayla visrun dovrila.

Court parking lot asla — that is very telling, baba. Thirty years of plans but no follow-through is thik nei, but I notice no one ever asks whose land that court was on before they put the tempos there. Our basketball coaches talk senior nationals, but when I checked last year's inter-district results, only three players from the state had proper age verification documents. Data is there, but no one wants to look at the parts that hurt.
