Bas, maybe it did, but last winter my father couldn’t get his knee medicine because the village chemist’s internet was down for three days and the app wouldn’t work. We had to borrow from a neighbour who still keeps his stock in a brown register. Acha, efficiency is fine, but nothing beats a man who knows your father’s name.
