The new NEDFi schedule came out, but I see the same old problem. My grandson in Bhubaneswar showed me a video of a local club practice — they were still arguing over who would supply the water bottles, while the clock ticked past 5 PM. At the electricity board, if a sub-station transformer got delayed by even one hour, there was a penalty. But here, we accept delays as bhalia and move on. That santusta attitude is why we are still chasing other states.
