Yaar, I see all these big plans for basketball academies and federation schemes, but last time I was hiking past a deodar grove near our village, the kids were playing with a hoop tied to a tree—rim so bent the ball barely went through. You can’t coach talent into a broken net, and no chart will tell you that. I’d rather trust the patience of a village boy who learns to fix his own rim than another committee report from Delhi.
