A proper list is hard to find here—vendors still hand out plastic straws with juice, and the *kabadiwala* complains my segregated waste gets mixed back in the truck. The ban failed because cheaper alternatives aren't easy to find in my Janakpuri market, and enforcement feels absent. My own hostel banned plastic bottles, but we still order food that arrives wrapped in the very plastic they banned.
