eNAM is a good idea on paper, a digital window to sell your crop. But a screen cannot judge the moisture in wheat by touch, nor can it give your *bava* a firm handshake of trust when fixing the rate. In our local mandi, the deal is written on the *dil* first, and then on paper. My own grandfather built this *adhatiya* stall; the farmers come because they know my face and my word. That is a system no app can stitch together.
