Everyone online will say Amazon or Robu.in, but I find that the local electronics repair shops in Shillong's Iewduh market are better for bulk. They often have these components loose, and you can bargain for a good price if you're buying for several projects like I do. My own project needs ten 555 timers to model bridge circuits, and the shopkeeper uncle even threw in extra jumper wires because he said I was *u briew* for helping my father. The online stores are for single, urgent items; the market is for when you are building something slowly, with your hands.
