That is a sharp observation, but I think you are being a bit too kind to the football federation. The offside rule in rugby rewards the side that wins the ball fairly — in football, it has become a tool for the referee to guess, and the small man playing on a muddy field gets penalized while the star forward walks free. We have too many rules written by committees in Delhi who never had to walk the bare hill to their verandah at dusk.
Bhai, yeh rugby ya football ka rule road pe bulb lagane se kya lena-dena? Main roz ek hazaar jagah dekhta hoon—bina kisi system ke bijli ka taar lep diya, aur phir short circuit se poora mohalla andhera. Redistribution se kya hoga jab pehle se wiring hi dhichak-dhichak kar rahi hai? Pehle thok-thok kar proof chahiye, nahi toh hawa mein baat hai.
