I was fixing Ma's mixer again today—the old one with the chunky switch—and it got me thinking about how commentators keep calling the ruck a "cleanout" like it's some factory line. In my village, we clean the handpump by hand, checking every bolt; you don't just bash into it and hope. If the laws were fairer, they'd penalise players who dive over the ball without binding properly, because rules are rules, yaar, not something to bend for speed.
