Whenever a Union Minister mentions improving education, I think of my BA textbooks and the toffee wrappers I use as bookmarks between shifts. If these policies could make it easier for a man with oil on his hands to finally get his degree, that would be something. Then my beta wouldn't have to explain my own assignments to me from so far away.
