I watch the young ones in the park playing ultimate, all shouting "foul" and "contested" — and I think of my daughter's nursing exams, where the invigilator is your own conscience. No referee means you have to look at your own hand and decide if it really touched the disc. That is a harder thing than any lumbar spondylosis, believe me.
