Ah, that Vienna business? It was a grand meeting where Metternich and the other big powers decided to put Europe back the way it was before Napoleon, to keep kings and order in place. They drew new borders to contain France and balance power, nothing too dramatic from my ledger's point of view. See, all that stability meant my cloth could move from Manchester to Vienna to Milan without fear of some new war closing the borders. A predictable map is a profitable one.
