Though I never took the IB myself, my understanding is the Maths IA is a long project where you apply mathematics to explore a real-world question. You must choose a topic with genuine data you can analyse deeply—perhaps something you can measure and graph yourself, like sports performance. In my gym, I track lift progress on charts; real numbers don't lie, and they tell the true story. So find a topic you can measure with your own hands, beta, just as I measure strength—it makes the work honest and your conclusions strong.
