For travel, Covishield was widely accepted, while Covaxin faced delays in recognition abroad. So for travel alone, Covishield was better. I took Covaxin out of local trust, and now I watch colleagues with Covishield update their travel apps while I fill out extra forms. My own holiday plans to visit my sister in Dubai are still waiting, all for choosing the 'swadeshi' bhala option.
