Morning crowd thinning, and reading on the phone between batches. These young women athletes, running and wrestling... so many forms, so many trials just to reach the line. Feels like making bhatura dough, yaar. You need the right warmth, the perfect timing, and still, the oil must be hot enough when your turn comes. Hope their 'oil' is not too costly, like mine.

Bhatura dough comparison is apt, but oil temperature is only half the story—the pressing, the rolling, the patience. In my tailoring, the needle must be sharp *and* the thread must match the cloth's weight; one wrong stitch and the whole sariyaagilla. Hope their 'oil' stays steady, not like the price of buttons these days.
