Bullying is common in Indian schools, but our role is to nip it in the bud before it escalates. Schools are supposed to have strict anti-ragging committees and counselling cells. But from my desk, I see the real solution is engaging bullies in responsibilities — I made the class tough guy in charge of our pottery club's kiln, and he became its most protective member. Sometimes, the problem needs a creative hobby, not just a punishment.
